By creating an account or using KyroPOS you agree to these terms. If you use KyroPOS for a restaurant, you confirm you can bind that business. KyroPOS is operated by Kyrowork Technologies LLP.

The service
KyroPOS is a web product. It runs in a modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer. It helps restaurants take WhatsApp orders, run kitchen tickets, manage floor and billing, and send Razorpay payment links. Features depend on your plan.
Trial
The trial is free and needs no payment. New signups get 14 days. When the trial ends, paid access needs an active plan.
Billing, cancel and grace
Plans are paid once per term (monthly, 3 months, 6 months or yearly) and do not renew automatically. To cancel, do not renew. The plan runs to its end date, then you get 7 days of grace, then service stops. See the Privacy Policy for how long data is kept after service stops.
GST
Kyrowork Technologies LLP is not currently registered for GST. Prices do not include GST. If that changes, we will update prices with notice.
Your responsibilities
You must keep login PINs safe, use WhatsApp and guest data lawfully, show correct prices and tax details on bills, and not misuse the product. You are responsible for content on your menus and messages.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another restaurant's data, break security, send unlawful spam, or reverse engineer the service beyond what law allows.
Liability
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We are not liable for lost profits, kitchen delays, or WhatsApp outages outside our control. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to fees you paid us for the three months before the claim, to the extent allowed by Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh have subject-matter jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections.
