This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use the KyroPOS website or product. The operating entity is named below as the data controller for Indian users.

What we collect
Account details such as name, phone and email. Restaurant data you enter to run service (menus, orders, tickets, bills, staff roles). Payment status from Razorpay (we do not store full card numbers). Website lead form details you submit. Analytics events only after you accept the consent banner.
WhatsApp data
Each restaurant uses its own WhatsApp number. Message content used to take orders is processed for that restaurant only. We do not use one restaurant's WhatsApp chats to serve another restaurant. You are responsible for telling guests how their WhatsApp messages are used in your shop.
How we use data
To provide the product, send payment links, show kitchen tickets, bill with GST tools, support you, improve reliability, and (with consent) understand site traffic. Payments are verified server side before an order is marked paid.
Sharing
We share data with processors needed to run the service, including hosting, database, and Razorpay for payments. We do not sell your guest lists. Row level security protects each restaurant's data from other restaurants.
Retention
If your plan ends, we keep your data for 30 days after service stops. Paying again restores it. After 30 days we may delete it.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, subject to law and records we must keep for tax or dispute reasons. Email the grievance contact below. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.

GST
Kyrowork Technologies LLP is not currently registered for GST. Prices on this site do not include GST. If that changes, we will update prices with notice.
