How plans work
Plans are paid once per term and do not renew automatically. To cancel, do not renew. The plan runs to its end date, then 7 days of grace, then service stops.
Refunds
You get a full refund if you ask within 7 days of your first paid purchase. No refunds after that, and none on renewals or upgrades.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually in 5 to 7 business days depending on the bank.

Your data after service stops
If your plan ends, we keep your data for 30 days after service stops. Paying again restores it. After 30 days we may delete it.
